The WVA arranges a number of events throughout the year, including Egg Rolling at Easter, a Quiz Night, a Village Walk and Picnic, the Weedon Feast, a Summer Ball, Horticultural and Craft Show, Over 60s Dinner, Children's Xmas Parties etc.

The WVA also makes some of its equipment available for personal hire to villagers - cutlery, crockery, hot water boiler, modern folding trestle tables, folding chairs.  Please contact Catherine Rodnight (641071) to book.

Children's and Seniors' Xmas Parties

Please contact us if you would like to be invited to one of these events. 

Qualifiying ages are 0-11 for children (two different parties are arranged for different age groups) and 60+ for seniors.

Meetings on the second Tuesday of the month, usually at 8pm in the Old Schoolroom.  Various speakers on numerous topics.

Upcoming meetingsngs

A social group for older women, generally meeting at 2.30pm on the first Monday of the month (or the second after a Bank Holiday).  Reading, listening to music, playing games and having the occasional talk - all in members' homes.
