The hall is available to hire until 11pm each day and has a licence for Music, Dancing, Theatre and Film presentations except on Sundays.

Crockery, Glasses and Cutlery

Hiring charges INCLUDE the use of tables and chairs, kitchen equipment, and 40 cups, saucers, side-plates and glasses.

80 full sets of tableware and cutlery may be requested at NO extra charge and this additional hiring entitles the hirer to use the hall's commercial dishwasher.

Deposits are returnable subject to no breakages or damage and the hall being left in a tidy condition.

Alcohol Licence
Alcohol may be drunk on the premises, but not sold without a Temporary Event Notice to be applied for from AVDC. This must be obtained by the hirer and shown to the booking secretary before the event.

Central Heating
No additional charge is made for provision of central heating during the colder seasons. However, please note that in the interests of keeping hire charges to the minimum, we will not provide heating between 1st June and 30th September, unless exceptional weather conditions prevail.
