Covid restrictions in Weedon
updated for Step 4 Lifting of Restrictions 19th July 2021
WEEDON PARK and CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND
Open. No restrictions. The hand sanitiser will stay in place and children are encouraged to continue to use it before and after using the play equipment.
WEEDON OLD SCHOOLROOM
Open. Community, group and personal bookings eg. parties are all now permitted again in principle. We will be updating risk assessments to ensure we continue with the right protocols to ensure everyone’s safety. We hope the Schoolroom Café will restart on the first Friday of September – Friday 3rd.
Reduced rates for the rest of the year are on offer to hirers who either live in Weedon or will be attracting attendees from the village. Fibre broadband wifi is available free in the hall.

Bar Opening Times: Monday 5-9pm. Tuesday closed. Wednesday – Thursday 5-10pm. Friday – Saturday 5-10.30pm. Sunday 1-4pm

Open for services. See details of services here. Continuing weekly Sunday services with the second Sunday in the month usually at Weedon Chapel.
WEEDON PARISH COUNCIL
Parish council meetings will normally be held in the Old Schoolroom. General meetings will be on the third Tuesday of every other month at 7.30pm. The next one is on Tuesday 21st September 2021. These will be advertised on the main noticeboard and this website.
FURTHER COVID UPDATES
The Weedon charities make grants of financial assistance to villagers in December.
